Photosmart 5514 CARRIAGE JAM - NOISE

HP PHOTOSMART 5514
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Searched and found other people with the same problem but couldn't find a solution as all the HP documents and troubleshooting don't address this HARDWARE issue.

 

The Ink Cartridge Carriage is STUCK ON THE RIGHT - makes a loud grinding noise as it tries to do its normal thing on startup.

How do I fix this?  Please help.

Are you able to move the carriage manually? If not and if you've performed all the steps from here:https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-photosmart-5510-e-all-in-one-printer-duplexer-series-b111/51..., I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this as this could be a hardware issue.
