Product: Photosmart 5514
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I try to connect my Photosmart 5514 to the wireless router but it isn't available. I see other routers but not the ones I see on other devices in my network.

 

I've tried restoring to factory defaults, resetting wireless settings and power cycling. No dice.

Hi,

 

Your printer supports 2.4GHz only, please allow your router to broadcast both 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz (dual band).

<Edit> Actually turns out the router was busted - working at the wrong frequency!

Sorry but I checked and the router transmits at both frequencies. This issue happened suddenly.
