photosmart 6510
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This 6510 printer is about 2-3 years old.

The black ink is not printing either in photos or text.

I have replaced the cartridge twice, checked for firmware updates, cleaned the printheads, and updated the drivers.

Since the issue persists after Cleaning the Printhead, I suggest you contact HP Support for Service Options

Thanks, I finally did get through to support, but they were unable to help. All the photosmart software & print doctor tests I ran for the printer said it was fine, but it still won't print...
