My Photosmart 6520 printer will not print black. Replaced all cartridges and the other colors print fine.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Are you able to copy in black?

 

Let's clean the printheads: Touch Settings, touch Tools, and then touch Clean Printhead. If print quality is unacceptable on the page that prints, touch Clean Again to perform a second cleaning
