I am in need of this information. as well. Attempting to access fax area etc.. within embedded web interface and I am challenged. Have no idea what to enter. Can this be emailed to me? Thank you in advance.

Try the steps below.

 

1.  Go to the front panel of your printer.

2.  Select the wireless icon on your printer.

3.  Select Settings.

4.  Scroll and select restore network defaults.

5.  Select Ok to restore defaults.

6.  Now select wireless and go through the wireless setup wizard.

 

Try again to access printers EWS.

3.  Select Settings.

Thanks. That solved my problem. I decided not to put a password because once you reset it with a new one it will not
Work when you log in again. That's an issue With the printer or the website certificate.
