Photosmart 7525
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can print wirelessly over my home network, but I can't set up eprint services or connect to internet. When I try I get an error message " Unable to connect to Web Services. Confirm internet access and try again or enter a proxy address". I have tried turning of my firewall and turning off my firewall on my router. Help!

Let's remove web services and add it back:

Go to the setup menu>Web Services>Remove Web Services. and then add it again using the same method.

How do I remove web services? I don't have that option.

To begin with please make sure the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet and not a surge protector.

1. On the printer click on the Web Services icon in the top left corner of the display.
2. Click on Settings.
3. Click on Remove/Disable/Turn Off  Web Services.
4. Follow the onscreen instructions
5. Restart your Printer and from the main screen click on the Web Services icon again.

Thank you
