COVID-19: Community support for issues with your home office or remote working and learning
I have a Photosmart C4280 All-In-One printer and it is 'printing' blank pages.
I have an updated driver on my mac.
The ink levels within the printer are full.
I am using simple printer paper.
I am not receiving any error messages on either my computer nor the printer.
I have attempted to run a test print and that also comes out blank.
I am not sure what else to try to fix this issue, please advise if possible, thank you!

If you have already performed the steps from the document Ink Cartridge Errors and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
