Product: Dell Precision
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I changed ISP's and entered new wireless info and printer connected and said working, computer says everything is perfect. Go to print and get this message:  job failed due to an error in the printing system. Won't tell me what the error is?? Guided solution is worthless, called support and they can't help! Everything was fine and then all of a sudden since i changed ISP's this error message??

I have gone through your post and would like to help

 

I suggest we perform a Semi Full Reset and then setup the printer again

 

Since these steps are specific to your printer, I have sent you a private message with the next course of action

 

Please check your private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile.

 

Next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope
