Hi,
I also have got the Photosmart B210C, and it wants setup cartridges which I don't have. I tried the steps in the setup cartridges troubleshooting document posted above. I also tried using setup cartdriges from a friend with another printer model that also uses 364 cartridges: No change in what the printer displays 😞
I noticed there where some people in earlier posts that were helped by private messages; it would be really great if you could help me out with that, too.

How can I request for the Setup Cartridge? When I brought my printer I don't have the setup cartridge. It only came with the original ink cartridge. When it done I through away and purchased the new one. Now my printer is asking the setup cartridge. Where can I find it? Please would you help me?

I've also got this issue. I have a B210A that I never opened until now. But the black setup cartridge had been taken out and used in a different printer. It won't let me continue. I've tried several resets, and they are not solving my problem. I'd love to know what trick you've told the others.
