Photosmart Plus B210
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Wireless connection is OK--Photosmart Plus B210 chugs away as if it's printing; but it produces just a blank page--no black, no color. Ink levels are fine; have printed test pages and cleaned heads--all seem fine.  Have downloaded the latest Windows 10 drivers from HP website.  It was working fine until yesterday

@Steve203, Welcome to HP Support Community!

If you have already performed the steps from the document Fixing Print Quality Problems for the HP Photosmart Plus e-All-in-One (B210a, B210b, B210c, and B210... and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps!

Your printer is many years out of warranty, so any hardware support is likely to be costly compared to a new printer.

You mention that the test pages are fine.  Do you mean that test pages do print properly in both black and color?   If not please check the following:

Is it possible the printer was unplugged or turned off from an external switch (like an outlet switch)?  This could allow the printhead to dry out.  Before taking further action I would suggest soaking the printhead as described in the post here.

If test pages print with black and color then try making a black and color copy from the front panel.  Do copies this print properly?  If test pages and copies print OK the likely issue would be a driver issue.

Please answer the questions in bold maroon and I may be able to make further suggestions.
