Product: C410a HP Photosmart Premium

HP Photosmart Premium C410a printer, just replaced ALL cartridges (genuine HP) - it still tells me cyan and magenta are low, however test page printed well and I have cleaned the print heads. When I print a photograph (from Apple Photos program) the ink starts to blurr and run. This is a new problem, all worked well previously.
