Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Help, my printer is streaking. By that I don't mean running naked onto a cricket pitch, but that there are faint lines a few pixels wide running across the width of my prints. (A4 paper, normal mode)

I have

  • Changed my ink cartridges
  • Cleaned the printer heads (simple clean and second level clean)
  • Aligned my printer

Indeed, I have cleaned and aligned twice.

What do I do next?

Sorry  I didn't reply earlier, I have been up to my elbows in wet paper towels. The cleaning method didn't entirely work, but the next video shows how to remove and clean the printer head even more thoroughly - anyway thank you.

Check printer warranty status: http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/wc/public/home

If the warranty is over take a look at this youtube link.
