Ink Tank Wireless 415

I just bought a new HP Ink Tank 415 Wireless printer.

Unfortunately, while setting it up, I made a blunder. I poured the yellow ink into the magenta ink tank.

I talked to a customer support executive, who suggested I take it to a service center very far away from my residence.

I would like to know a workaround.

Also, I also bought a new laptop, the HP Spectre, which does not have an Optical Drive. The printer came with a CD, which i believe is for setup. Please suggest a workaround for this, too.

Hi,

Servicing the printer would be required for filling the ink tanks improperly, and may not be covered under warranty, that cannot be overridden in any way.

Regarding the CD, you may download your printer software online from http://123.hp.com.
