Deskjet D4360
macOS 10.15 Catalina

Bonjour,

Merci.

Zak.

I bought an HP Deskjet D4360 machine, It is well connected, both to the power supply and to the computer, which is an iMac (Catalina version 10.15.5). On the computer I installed a driver: HP Deskjet Driver 4.0.5.

My machine does not print (not even the test page!). I, too, tried with a Windows 10 computer. Same result, it does not print.

I do not understand why. help me please.

Thank you.

Hello,

There is news!
My machine started to print, it prints, in black but not the color, i.e., it does not print the color.
Please help me configure it, if it is a question of configuration, knowing that it is the first use.

Printer: HP Deskjet D4360

Computer: iMac (Catalina version 10.15.5)

Thank you for your help and involvement.

Hi @Zak09

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the "color not printing" issue.

To better assist you - What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices?

While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -

1.) Press and hold the Power button ().

2.) While holding the Power button (), press and hold the Cancel button (), and then release both buttons.

Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.

Please check the Print Settings Guide to make sure color printing is enabled.

You may also refer to this document - Faded or Dull Colors in Printouts

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware and update your Mac too. To update Mac, try these steps - How to update the software on your Mac

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
