I have the same problem with the same printer... I have new ink cartridges and I did all the cleaning procedures described on your website... That did not help... I then bought a new print head from Amazon and installed it with the new ink cartridges and it still displays the printhead failure message and spits out a blank sheet... I did the power reset procedure also, and it did not help... I spent $70 on new ink cartridges and $30 on a new printhead and still the printer is not working.. FPU # CZ045-64004.

 

I appreciate any suggestions. I am not happy I spent approx. $100 in new ink and new printhead and still the printer just displays the error message

This looks like a hardware issue. 

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
