Print Quality Isssue - Streaky and jump printing

HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3545 e-All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3545 e-All-in-One Printer which I own has got a print quality issue. Whenever I print the test page or any other documents, I am getting streaky and jumped printouts on each rows often. Also the color changes by itself though both the color and black cartridges are full. It's really disgusting when we see such printout results when we desperately need them. I am attaching herewith couple of photos of the issues found regarding the streaky and jump printing, another set of photos depicting the color change when compared against the original picture.

Clean the ink cartridges, click here for more info.

If the Print Quality Diagnostic report does not look like the one in the link then replace the HP ink cartridges.
