Product: HP Deskjet 3510 e-all-in-one
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite

Suddenly my print copies are poor. Mostly it is cutting out the top of the text. I've been through the usual steps, cleaning, aligning, ink levels, new paper, etc. nothing is helping.

I understand you have issues with print quality, I would recommend you follow the steps from the document Fixing Print Quality Problems for the HP Deskjet 3510 and Deskjet Ink Advantage 3510 e-All-in-One Pr....

Also, to assist you better I would request you to share the picture of the printed document for better assistance.
