Product: HP Envy 5000 series

Hi, my printer is showing online and printing on off my iPhone but showing offline and not printing off my laptop. It was working ok. Printer is saying connected to the same wireless network as the laptop.  When I go to print it comes up print error and then when I launch app it is showing offline. Really frustrating! Any ideas guys.
