I have read all the corresponding threads and no one has accutally *ANSWERED* this question. I am not asking for your troubleshooting opinions, I would like an actual answer to the question: Is there an HP Print and Scan Doctor for MAC? Please just answer the **bleep** question.

Sorry,

No, there is not currently an equivalent to HP Print and Scan Doctor for macOS.

While I may work for HP Inc, the views and opinions expressed here are my own.

Hi,

you should be able to find the Print and Scan docs fir Mac on the HP site, Go to:https://support.hp.com/lamerica_nsc_carib-en/drivers/printers

enter your model Number or serial number.

Then select your operating system.

Then click on on the Button "Change".

It should find you the right drvers and software for you to install and fix the issue.

I hope this helps.

Go to the appstore on Mac.

Download HP Easy Scan.

Insall. Should resolve your scanning issues.

Cheers!

I would like to clarify that:

1. Currently there is no PRINT and Scan DOCTOR for Mac OS.

2. As the 2 latest responses suggest, one can go to the HP website and download appropriate PRINT and SCAN Drivers for Mac OS. Once properly installed, they ought to resolve the problems.

Please note do not mistake Print and Scan docs (as in documents) for DOCTOR.

Thank you.

No print doctor for iMac, and what a shame. I wish I had never bought what has proven to be an overpriced computer. Windows is much much better.

Friends,

There is HP scan app in the Apple App Store.

Once downloaded it solved all the referenced problems for me.

Please give a try.

I was frustrated too when I first moved to Mac.

Now, I love it.

cheers
