When take print on scanner its 1/4th the size. Kindly help.

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'd like to know the following-

 

Which application are you trying to print from?

Does the print preview appear good?

Could you share the picture of the output image?

When any document that is placed on scanner and a print command given the resultant copy print is 1/4th the size of A4 paper.

Printing and copying are two different processes. If you are placing a document on the scanner glass and select 'copy' on the printer, it is a copy function where a hard copy is duplicated.

Printing is converting a soft copy to a hard copy from a mobile device or a computer.

 

As you have mentioned that you are placing the document on the scanner, I assume you are trying to make a copy. Since this printer does not have a screen, the copy settings can be changed by logging into the EWS page of the printer.

 

Is the printer connected wirelessly?
