I am having an issue with printing.  If I don’t print in a few days, I have to clean the printhead approximately 3 times before I can print properly again.  The black ink will not show up unless I clean the printhead multiple times.  Any ideas?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

To assist you better, what model printer are you using?

It is recommended to print a couple of times in a week so that the ink cartridges/printhead does not get clogged. In that case, cleaning the printhead is the only solution.
