Hello,

 

I checked and done everything that has been asked to do even reinstalled the drive, but nothing changed the printer is like new purchased it awhile ago but only use it occasionally the ink is good in both cartridges so I have no clue what to do next, please help, thanks

I reviewed your post and I understand that the printer is not printing black.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Are you facing the same issue when you make a copy?

I did all those steps and nothing worked, I think the ink cartridges are just old these are the original ones and its been awhile since I printed anything, I tried cleaning them and they still don't work.
