Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I cannot get my printer C7180 to print the image as displayed from the photo tray, if I send the Image to the printer and print to plain A4 paper the Image is as displayed, but if I send it to the photo tray the image is always darker, I have tried replacing the Ink I have tried different paper (currently using HP Photo Paper) I have tried different connections to PC and Printer but cannot get it to print correctly, any Ideas ? thanks

This could be an issue with the settings. I would recommend you use the steps from the document HP Printers - How to Print Photos (Windows).
