Print quality

HP photosmart5520
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have properly  installed all new printer cartridges. Have run cleaning print head and the test page contains no ink from two cartridges. Black and yellow are fine. Blue and Red do not print at all.
How can that be fixed?

Please let us know if you are able to make a photocopy without any issue. 


Please refer to the below link to troubleshoot the issue.


Please try reinstalling the printer driver and check for the issue.
