Print screen

HP Officejet Pro 8710
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

In trying to print a payee report, after I click "Print", another screen comes up with orientation, pages, etc.

That screen shows up so large, the print selection is further to the top of the page and does not show up on screen.

Print & control or Print & alt do not work to print the page either.  How can I make the screen smaller so the "print" selection can be seen?

@Ruby6 Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you are unable to print the payee report.

Have you tried with a different browser and checked?

Please follow the below steps to resize the browser windows and check.

Step 1

Manually resize your browser window. Press the "Restore Down" icon in the upper right corner of the browser window; it's between the minimize and exit buttons. Position your mouse cursor over one corner of the browser window; when the icon changes to a double-sided arrow hold the left mouse key and drag the window down to make it smaller or up to make it larger.

Step 2

Press "F11" to exit full-screen mode. This returns your browser to its normal viewing state with the address and menu bar at the top of the screen.

Zoom out to make the text and images in your Web browser appear smaller. Hold "CTRL" and press the minus key until the content on your screen appears at a more manageable size.
