My problem when the printer box opens, and I click to print the box that pops up says Print to File. In the printer properties they are to listed and I am unable to change or remove it. The printer works fine with my other PC. IMG_6014.JPG

I'm not sure what the problem was. I deleted and re installed it, then I turned on the box that said download over metered connections. Now it work as it should. thanks for the suggestion

Check if the printer is set as the default printer.
