Is it possible for the Printer Address to change?

i have been using my HP Officejet 8715 for 2 years now and yesterday I had some problems printing from my IPhone. So I shut the printer off and turned it on and in the small window I saw a different printer address. 
I wrote it down but is this my address or someone else’s???

My printer goes to MAC instead of Android.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the printing issue. 

 

Your wireless printer is probably enabled with Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol, or DHCP. Most networked devices, including computers and printers, are DHCP-enabled by default, meaning that they obtain their IP from a DHCP server – usually a router. 

 

Try assigning a Static IP. Refer to this video link for step by step instructions.
