My printer ran out of ink, so I bought a new set of genuine HP cartridges and replaced the empty ones, yet the printer still displays the message "low on ink". When I checked the printer status on the HP app, it said "use setup cartridges" but I've had this printer for a year now and changed the cartridges many times in the past so I dont see why it need the setup ones (which I threw away after the setup was complete, the first time I used the printer)
What can I do to fix this issue?

I have sent you a private message with the steps to bypass the setup ink message. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
