Envy 4500
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When printing from various applications (powerpoint, word, pdf) the printer is cutting off the top of the page (about 1/2-1 inch). I have tried unplugging the printer (waiting several minutes) and plugging back in. I updated the software using the HP Print and Scan Program. I have restarted my computer. I have cleaned the print heads, aligned the printer, and printed a test page. The test page printed correctly. I have signed up for instant ink and have wasted 14 pages of printing with none of the pages printing correctly.  I have a HP ENVY 4500 and I am using a HP Pavilion running Windows 10 (64-bit). When I print from the App on my iphone It prints fine. I have uninstalled the software on my laptop and reinstalled and I am still having the issue when using my laptop. Thanks!

I understand that your facing issues while printing from Windows, need not worry I'll be glad to assist you with this,

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

Are you facing this issue after an update?

I recommend you delete the driver at the root level and retry, follow the steps below:

1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features

2.) Select your HP Printer

3.) Select Uninstall

4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers

5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose `Delete' or `Remove Device'

6.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.

7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between "printui.exe" and "/s")

8.) Click on the "Drivers" tab

9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom

10.) Select Ok

11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows

12.) Close Devices and Printers

Then, Click on this link: https://hp.care/2NmPNLX to download and install the printer driver.

Then try to print.
