Printer Error

HP Officejet 5230

I'm new to this so please allow.  The printer is Office jet 5230 - had 2 weeks, printed ok until today.  Error on print screen " Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink" - I am enrolled and installed first delivery recently

Welcome to the HP Support Community. Apologies for the inconvenience. I'd be happy to assist you. Let us try these steps:

 

Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the computer.

Try using the printer to either copy or print using the Instant Ink cartridges. If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.

 

Restart web services on the printer

Refer to this document to know how to turn off web services. Click here to know how to enable it.

 

Try printing.

 

As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.

 

Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.
