Printer failure 0x6100004a; turned off printer,  unplugged printer, states to clear paper jam or open ink cartridge area; no jam, but opened, cleaned printer cartridges.  Plugged back in, turned back on,  but same error.   I've turned on and off over 10 times in various steps, but none have cleared the error and I am unable to print.   This is a brand new printer,  it printed on intital set up,  but one week later it is no longer printing.  Any help to print is appreciated, otherwise,  I plan to return within 1st 90 days of purchase.  Thank you

The printer was actually defective.  I called the help line and was able to get a great tech that determined the printer was bad.  They sent me a new printer upon receipt of the defective one.  HP paid all shipping and new printer has been working great.  Although it seems to use a lot of ink.

My printer just reported this problem and I tried the troubleshooting techniques and the problem persists.
The printer is a little over 2 years old and the warranty expired.  The printer was working previously and I
need to print some documents.  Not at all happy with this product or this experience.

Please advise on how to resolve this issue.
