Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The issue said it had a Paper Jam or Carriage Jam but there was no paper jam; in fact the printer carriage is stuck to the cleaning trap on the right side below the printer carriage,  I unplugged the printer and since I had nothing to loose I firmly slid the carriage head back and forth, then proceeded to bang the carriage head up and down, and then I plugged the printer in and ! Presto! the carriage head was free of the cleaning trap and works perfectly now,  WARNING! You may break your printer doing this....but what's the difference if it doesn't work anyway..
