  • When was the last time the printer was working fine?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?

I have a printer failure message. I already shut the printer off and turned it back on. I also unplugged the power cord from back of the printer and the wall waited 60 seconds and plugged it back in. Didn't work. Carriage seems to be stuck on right side.

3. Error message (if any)
• Example: ""Low disk space"" error in Windows
4. Any changes made to your system before the issue occurred
