Hi, I have tried to clean the printer heads out, I have replaced the printer cartridges and as you can see the other colours print fine except the black coloured ink. I have continuously tried to 'clean print heads' in the settings of the printer but it's not helped or worked. The black colored ink remains to still have issues when printing. I don't want to order a replacement printer head when I know that all the other colours are working fine, it is just black that is the issue, especially as that replacement part is £88 which is so expensive, I might as well by a new printer! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like it will be easier to buy a new printer unless there is a solution due to a build fault, as I have carried all the known solution and replaced ink.

can you please help

I have cleaned the printhead half a dozen times. I have now purchased my 3rd black ink cartridge. I have updated my software.  Everything is happening as stated above - print quality is blank black block, alignment can't scan as no black showing. Colour and printing in navy blue works but black will not print.
