You will need to contact HP Support in the Netherland to reset your printer to work with European cartridges.
I suggest contacting HP Support in Netherland via Facebook, be sure to clearly describe, you need to perform a region reset after moving to the country, be sure to have a full set of Genuine and in-warranty 302 Black and Tri-Color cartridges available, as for that you entitled for free technical support on this matter:
