I inserted 2 new printheads and have tried to align them repeatedly but alignment fails?? What is going on and how do I correct?"

I have a HPPro8500A910 and I am running Windows 10; I have run every trouble shooter I can find; tried alignment on new print heads at least 20 times all failed.

Appreciate you trying the steps. This looks like a hardware issue. I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
