Hi,

I'm new here,

I have a problem with my printer I have the following message that appears on the screen of my printer:

"Printer or Inking system problem. Turn the printer off, then on again. If the problem persists, contact HP"

I stopped the printer, I disconnected it as indicated by the procedure on the printer screen, I waited for more than 10 seconds, I reconnected, turned on the printer again but the problem is still here . So my printer no longer works

I wanted to speak with the HP robot but the only answer he could give me is "I'll find a solution"and since, nothing.

if anyone could have a solution to help me i would be grateful. Thank you in advance for your ideas.

Have a good end of year

Thanks

Ink system failure is printhead problem, no resets, unplugging the printer for 30 seconds and similar self-help will solve your problem. Solution for you is buying a new printer. The cost of replacing defective printhead on your model will cost you more than a new printer.

Thank you for your explanations, I was hoping not to have to put in the trash an A3 printer but if you tell me that the cost of a change of printhead costs more than buying a printer and well I will do it.

Have a nice day
