I cannot get my printer to print. I have replaced all of the cartridges, and the printer acts as if it is printing, but when the paper comes out, there is nothing on it. I have unplugged the printer and restarted it. Nothing seems to work. Please help!

I have read here that after doing 3 or 4 printhead cleanings it would work

Thanks, B_Will! Stupid question, but how do you do a printhead cleaning?

On the two sets of Head Cleaning, the Black is visible and clean.  However when I went back to the doc page, it still prints Black in Green.

If I select print in Black & White, it prints Black, however not when I select Color, I get the Yellow, Blue, Green but not Black, it prints in Green.
