HP6960
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have an HP6960 and it won't print any of my documents.  The paper will go through the feed with no ink, despite the printer saying there's plenty of ink in the cartridge.  I've tried from both my computer and web printing from my phone.  All of which used to work fine a few weeks ago.
