Product: HP Photosmart 5514
Operating System: Other

I have correctly installed all new ink. The cleansing of Printhead and printer alignment have both produced results that are missing colors and completely missing black ink. I've unplugged the printer from the power cord and the wall to reboot as well as updated it. Anyone else manage to resolve this problem on their own or do I need to hire a technician?
