I put in new ink and I am getting the following messages:
The ink cartridges must be replaced.
printer message says There is a problem with the printer. Refer to Printer documentaTion 0-61011bed

To better assist you - May I have the exact model name of the printer? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
While you respond to that, let's try these steps - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
