I am having problems with the printer que, every time I send something to print it will print but then stays in the print que with the status of printing so nothing else can print because it thinks a document is printing.  I have tried I think everything, which includes restarting, turning printer off and disconnecting it from the wall which sometimes it will clear the document and sometimes it won't.  If it does clear the document then I have the same problem with the next document.  It is almost as if the printer is not recognizing that the document has printed and finished.  Help please before I throw .it out the window
