Printer says it's out of paper, but thats not the case. It will simply not load the papers when printing.
I have done all the troubbleshooting activities listed in HP support, but nothing helps.
The printer is old but has worked fine until last week when I installed new HP original ink cartridges.
HP live support says I have to buy a new printer, but It's very annoying since the brand new 364 XL cartridges installed where very expensive.
Please advise / Best regards

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number
Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.
Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
