Product: OfficeJet 3830 series

Hello everyone,

My OfficeJet 3834 keeps giving me an error message, saying I installed the wrong cartridge.

 

The cartridge is actually HP original, and it worked perfectly fine until yesterday. Today the printer decided it wasn't the right cartridge.

 

I even tried to use an old empty cartridge to see if the printer still had any issues, but the old one was recognized correctly. I don't know what to do, because the "broken" cartridge is basically new, being full of ink for 3/4.

Hi,

The cartridge may fail and is covered by a limited warranty.

 

To claim its warranty, return to the point of purchase with the cartridge and its proof of purchase and ask the retailer to send the cartridge to HP to claim its warranty.
