Printer error message

OfficeJet Pro-8610
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have tried removing and reinstalling the print cartridges, loosening, moving and retightening the cartridge carriage and checking for software updates.  None of these have helped to remove the error message " Missing or failed Printhead".  Now what do I do next?

If you have already performed the steps from the document Error Indicates Faulty Printhead and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
