I have the HP photosmart 7520 that shows a Warning " Printer Failure" contact HP. I did contact HP who responded by saying they no longer service this model! 😞 A previous member posted this issue and found the solution to be to unplug the machine. Sadly, that simple fix does not work for me . The printer still does not work, despite cleaning heads, checking ink etc etc...still the warning. One of the answers just said 'Buy a new printer" ! Which does not sound like a 'fix-it' solution to me. Does anyone know how to remedy this issue?

Sadly, I have not found a solution nor have I had any luck getting support or answers from HP themselves! My printer remains unusable and I had just purchased their costly ink so am hesitant to give up on the unit.
