my d1560 i guess is obsolete...giving me trouble...but i am used to it
have arthritis cannot load paper any other way
bought a brand new one, only to learn it is obsolete and i keep getting error messages
i love it though
Hp told me I will continue to have trouble with this brand new old printer

Not quite what I had in mind when I suggested posting in the forum rather than as a private message....
What exactly are the error messages?
How is your printer connected?
Have you downloaded and installed the printer driver from HP here:
It may also help to download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor.
