Product: HP Officejet Pro 6975
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I installed a new HP black ink cartridge and it would not print black ink. I removed the cartridge and replaced it and then received error code 0x61000047. I turned the printer off and am now getting error code 0x6100004a.

This could be an issue with the ink cartridges or the ink system in the printer. I would recommend you follow the steps from the document '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
