I was sent a replacement ink cartridge as my black printer ink was running low. On opening the packet, hp have sent me a replacement colour cartridge, no sign of the black ink. So I am now unable to use my printer which is really annoying. How can this be rectified?

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

What is the product number of your printer? Use this link to find it:  https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03754824  (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).

 

As these are to do with the Instant ink cartridges, I would need to know few details regarding your instant ink account to help you get the ink cartridges sorted.

 

Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,
