When I send a document to the printer, it just prints out blank pages. I've tried this from two different computers. When I run the HP Utility to bypass the drivers, it does not work still. I had just replaced the color ink and there are no current error messages popping up.

1) May I have the exact model name of the printer? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
2) Are you experiencing this issue while making a copy as well?
